24-year-old man killed in Dodge County wrong-way crash

DODGE COUNTY (CBS 58) – A 24-year-old man is dead and a 39-year-old seriously hurt following a crash Sunday in Dodge County.

The sheriff’s department says the wrong-way crash happened around 10 p.m. near U.S. 151 and Redwood Rd. in the township of Trenton.

Authorities say the 39-year-old was driving his van north in the southbound lanes. The van hit the car driven by the 24-year-old.

Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash. The incident remains under investigation.
