'Be like that': Kane Brown announced as Summerfest 2024 headliner

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Kane Brown, the multi-platinum and five-time American Music Award winner, is set to perform as a headliner at Summerfest 2024. The concert will take place at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater. on Thursday, June 20, 2024.

Tickets for the Milwaukee show will be available to the general public starting Sept. 28 at 10 a.m. 

Brown, a current Country Music Award nominee, recently received the ACM Honors International Award for his global contributions to country music.

He first gained prominence with his 2X Platinum debut album in 2016 and has since released chart-topping projects like "Experiment" and "Mixtape Vol. 1." The artist has also been named to Time’s list of 100 most influential people in the world in 2021.

In his music career, Brown has accumulated hit songs that have made impact on the country charts. Among them are 9X Platinum "Heaven" and 7X Platinum "What Ifs." Brown's recent singles include "Bury Me in Georgia," which recently topped the Billboard Country and Country Aircheck charts, and "Thank God," a current CMA-nominated hit.
