17-year-old taken into custody following homicide near 13th and Atkinson

UPDATE: The victim in the July 15th homicide in the 3700 block of N. 14th Street has been identified as 23-year-old Shaquille Troutman.
A 17-year-old man has been arrested for the homicide.
Charges will be referred in the coming days.
ORIGINAL:
An adult man was shot and killed outside of a residence on the city's north side around 10:30 p.m.
According to police, the man, who was from Milwaukee, was shot on the 3700 block of N. 13th Street, which is near N. 13th Street and Atkinson Ave.
The circumstances that led up to the shooting are unknown and police are searching for suspects.
