MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The Milwaukee Fire Department says a body was found in the Milwaukee River early Thursday morning. Dive crews worked to recover the body along the river near E. Michigan St. and N. Water St.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office was also called to the scene and confirms a black man's body was recovered.
No other details are available at this time.
