Semi-truck loaded with beer crashes on highway in Menomonee Falls
(Credit: Menomonee Falls Fire Department) MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A semi-truck filled with beer tipped over on the highway in Menomonee Falls Thursday morning, May 2.
It happened on I-41 northbound, north of Pilgrim Road and involved a passenger vehicle and the semi-truck.
According to the Menomonee Falls Fire Department, the semi driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The other driver was not injured.
Lanes were closed on the highway for several hours as crews cleaned up the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
