WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A man is dead after he was shot inside a Wauwatosa home Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators were still on the scene Wednesday collecting evidence. Police are now saying there was an argument between the shooter and the victim.

Wauwatosa Police were called out just after 4:00 Tuesday evening. When they got to the scene near 98th and Ruby, they found a 24-year-old man in the yard with a gunshot wound to the upper torso. He was taken to the hospital where he died.

A neighbor who heard the gunshot walked over to see if everyone was okay.

"I walked over there and the girl said stay back, stay back. So I walked over to see if she was okay and that's when she said someone was shot and police were on the way," said neighbor Nicole Bulicek.

Three people who were at the home during the shooting were taken in for questioning. Police say it was an isolated incident and there is no danger to the public.

At a vigil Wednesday evening family members say the victim is 24-year-old Edward Hutchinson. He was a father of two and his girlfriend was expecting.
