TRENDING: Teens blame Michelle Obama for gross school lunches

High school students across the nation are taking pictures of their school lunches and posting them on Twitter. Students upset with the new USDA guidelines limiting calories, fat, sugar, and sodium are using the hash tag #ThanksMichelleObama as part of this social media trend.

The First Lady has made child health her focus, and pushed lawmakers to set the new nutrition guidelines. Take a look at a few of the posts being shared from around the nation below.

One of the most shared Twitter posts comes from Hunter Whitney from Richland Center High School in Wisconsin. He says the school sold the mush in his picture as Spanish rice(pictured below).
