2 injured after crash near Howell and Van Norman, driver arrested
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a crash on Thursday, July 4.
It happened near Howell and Van Norman around 6 p.m.
Police say the first vehicle was traveling southbound on Howell, when a collision occurred with a second vehicle, traveling westbound on Van Norman.
The driver of the first vehicle, a 32-year-old, was transported to a local hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
The passenger of the first vehicle, a 33-year-old, was transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the second vehicle, a 64-year-old, was not injured and was taken into custody.
Police say the investigation is ongoing, and charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
