WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) – For the large numbers of people who can’t consume gluten, the culinary world is responding. Need proof? Look no further than a brewery in Waukesha County.
Gluten Free Beer, like that crafted at Old Abe Brewing in Hartland, was once regarded as sacrilege in a place like Wisconsin, but now the beers can be found in more and more locations.
Not bad for what basically started as a husband trying to look out for his wife.
