Brown Deer police called for welfare check on man unscrewing light bulbs in hotel lobby

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) – Brown Deer Police were called to the Courtyard by Marriott hotel Saturday, March 17 after staff said an intoxicated man was unscrewing light bulbs in the lobby.

Police say they spoke to the 47-year-old Madison man who told officers he unscrewed the light bulbs so he could watch TV without a glare.

Investigators say the man was warned about his behavior.
