MILWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- You might remember the disturbing video of a man firing a long gun into the air outside of Brett's Farmhouse Tavern in Milwaukee.
Charges have now been filed against two men in this case. They are not curerntly in custody.
The shots fired incident happened back on October 1. One of the suspects, Demond Griggs, was allegedly arguing with his wife. Surveillance video shows the suspect beating her, someone stepped in, and that's when shots rang out.
Police are still looking for Demond Griggs and also Kory Griggs.
