Racine County, WIS. (CBS 58) -- Foxconn is coming to Racine County, a source says.
The Governor is expected to sign the bill on Monday.
The State Assembly recently passed a $3 billion incentive package for Taiwan-based Foxconn Technology Group.
The City of Kenosha dropped their bid for Foxconn on Tuesday, saying in a letter to the Governor that "Based upon the current status of the legislative bill which addresses the Project, the City of Kenosha regrets that we will not be able to support this development in our community."
This is a developing story.
