Meet CBS 58’s Pet of the Week: Joey
FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Franklin Police Department took three 16-year-old boys into custody for criminal damage to property.
According to police, the teens are believed to be responsible for damaging numerous mailboxes in Franklin and surrounding communities.
Two of the teenagers are from Franklin and one is from Muskego.
A citizen was able to provide a description of a fleeing vehicle after observing his mailbox being damaged.
A day later, officers saw a vehicle that matched the description and they were able to take the teens into custody.
Residents who have recently had their mailboxes damaged and have not reported them yet are asked to call the Franklin Police Department at 414-425-2522 or in person.
