MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee mother will spend nearly a year and a half in prison in connection to her daughter's death.
Quintella Owens was convicted of child neglect after her one-year-old daughter was killed in a fire back in February.
Owens admitted to being at work and leaving her children alone when their home accidentally caught fire.
Two other children in the home escaped unharmed.
