Rain to Snow for Saturday into Sunday

The unseasonably warm weather will continue for your Saturday, but some winter-like changes will arrive for Saturday night into Sunday morning.

Temperatures should climb into the upper 30s to near 40 on Saturday afternoon.  During the late afternoon and evening some light rain and drizzle will likely develop across the area.

Cold air will continue to move in during the evening, and that should change the rain over to a mix of rain and snow after 10 PM.

Overnight light snow is expected to continue across southeastern Wisconsin, especially across our northern counties.

Light snow will taper off to flurries by 6 am on Sunday.  Overall most accumulation will remain below an inch.  Fond du Lac, Sheboygan, Dodge, Washington, and Ozaukee counties have the best chance to pick up around an inch.

Overall roads should be ok with temperatures hovering around freezing for Sunday morning.
