MILWAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) – Milwaukee County Transit System is making it easier to get to Summerfest.
The ‘Bayshore to Summerfest’ bus route is returning after 15 years. People can get on the bus at the Bayshore Park and Ride near Port Washington Rd. and Interstate 43 and then get off at the Summerfest grounds.
“You can get on the bus, get to Summerfest and pay while you’re on the grounds, so when you’re getting on the bus you don’t have to wait in a long line,” Milwaukee County executive Chris Abele said.
More information on the route can be found on the MCTS website.
