Green Bay Police searching for 28-year-old woman, missing under suspicious circumstances

The Green Bay Police Department is investigating a Missing-Endangered Person case and is attempting to locate  28-year-old Jessica M. Hovell.

She was last heard from at approximately 2:30 am on Wednesday and is missing under suspicious circumstances. 

She is believed to have last been with a 32-year-old male, Brian Lequia and possibly traveling in a 2004 Gold Chevrolet Impala bearing WI Plate 590-ZNN. The vehicle should have noticeable driver's side damage. 

If anyone sees Hovell or the vehicle, they are encouraged to call 911.
