GREENFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Wauwatosa man who was body slammed while trying to steal video games from a Greenfield Walmart has now been charged.
Christopher Simpson faces a $10,000 fine or up to nine months behind bars. According to a criminal complaint, Simpson admitted to trying to leave the store with 10-15 games earlier in December when he was body slammed by another man.
Authorities say a good Samaritan tackled Simpson and held him down until police got there.
The games were valued at a total of about $275.
