Racine Zoo getting ready for 12th Boo at the Zoo
RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) — As Halloween approaches, the Racine Zoo is planning their 12th annual Boo at the Zoo. The safe trick-or-treating event goes all day at the Zoo, with lots of fun activities.
Guests will be given a trick-or-treat bag and an activity map to help them search for spooky “knock-knock” doors located around the Zoo.
There will be ghostly games, tasty snack activities, Halloween-themed crafts, creepy-crawling animal ambassadors and more at the event.
Racine Zoo's Boo at the Zoo will happen Saturday, October 27 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All activities are included with regular Zoo admission, and Zoo members get in free.
The Racine Zoo is looking for businesses, groups and organizations to participate in the trunk-or-treat portion of the event. They are also searching for pumpkin donations.
