Two charged after sexual assault victim, 13, delivers baby

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two men have been charged after a 13-year-old girl was brought into a Racine-area hospital for a complaint of abdominal pain on March 19 of this year. 

She was unknowingly 38 weeks pregnant and delivered a baby that same day.

The girl admitted that she was sexually assaulted by two family members who are now charged.

CBS 58 News is not naming the suspects to protect the identity of the victim. 

The victim told authorities that during one incident, she was at a cookout when she was 12-years-old. According to the criminal complaint, she brought food to one of the suspects when he was in his room. That's when he allegedly sexually assaulted her.

The two men, ages 37 and 28, both are charged with First Degree Sexual Assault - Sexual Contact with a Child Under Age 13.
