Tracking rain and warmth for Christmas Day

After the fog mixes out Sunday afternoon, plan on a mild day with highs in the lower 50s.  Temperatures won't drop much heading into Christmas Day.  While Christmas Day will be one of the warmest days on record, there will also be plenty of rain across southeastern Wisconsin.

We are forecasting a high of 53 on Christmas, and that will be one of the warmest on record; however, still way off the record high of 61!

Rain is forecast to arrive by the late morning Monday and last throughout the evening.  Most areas will pickup between 0.25" to 0.40" of rainfall.  This could turn out to be one of the 5 wettest Christmas' on record.
