Meet CBS 58’s Pet of the Week: Bunilla
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) –Milwaukee Police say their Internal Affairs Division is investigating a video of a young man being pulled out of a car and handcuffed.
One of the other teens in the car recorded the video after the boy sitting in the passenger seat was seen being taken out of the car and wrestled to the ground by three officers. The teens in the car are members of the Youth Council in Milwaukee. On Friday, they reacted to the incident.
“You would assume that always following instructions and things nothing like this would happen to you so it was a bit of a shock for all of us to go from ‘oh, you know this is just a regular thing’ to ‘oh my goodness, we might not make it home this weekend.”
Neither the teens nor police will confirm why they were pulled over on Sunday night. We also don’t know if the teen put in handcuffs was cited or arrested.
