CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal battery that happened near 37th and Branting Monday night, May 5.
Police say the 55-year-old victim succumbed to their injuries.
The incident happened around 10 p.m.
A suspect is in custody.
