Meet CBS 58’s Pet of the Week: No Tail
OCONOMOWOC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Supporters of inclusion for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities will gather for the Best Buddies Friendship Walk in Oconomowoc on Saturday, May 3.
The walk is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. at Wisconsin Brewing Company Park according to Kiontis Gallion of Best Buddies International and Carlyn Rabe of Carroll University who joined us on Monday, March 24.
The event is one of more than 80 scheduled worldwide as part of Best Buddies Month, aimed at supporting programs in schools, workplaces and communities.
Participants can register to walk or contribute donations through the event website. More than 50,000 people are expected to take part globally. More information can be found by clicking here.
