Charges filed, arrest warrant issued for man accused in deadly hit-and-run

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Charges are filed and an arrest warrant is out for a man accused in a deadly hit-and-run.
The crash happened Friday, May 2, at 36th and Glendale.
Twenty-seven-year-old Dauntae Stamps is wanted, facing a homicide charge. Police say he drove away after shots were fired, ran a stop sign and hit an SUV.
A 61-year-old passenger in that SUV died.
We reported that a 23-year-old was arrested. New court documents say that person was Stamps' girlfriend, who told police she was driving alone.
She later admitted Stamps was driving after being shown video of two to three other people getting out of the car.
