Man sentenced to 2 years in prison after deputies found missing teen during traffic stop
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man was sentenced on Thursday, Nov. 21 after deputies found a missing teen in his vehicle during a traffic stop in March.
Thirty-six-year-old Kenneth Hampton was sentenced to 2 years in prison.
According to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office, deputies initiated a stop and arrested a 36-year-old man -- identified as Kenneth Hampton of Milwaukee -- for operating while intoxicated.
During the investigation. the sheriff's office says deputies found an additional 17-year-old passenger and later confirmed she was listed by Milwaukee police as missing and endangered.
MCSO says the girl told deputies she did not know the two adults and had been walking on a residential street on Milwaukee's south side when Hampton ordered her into his vehicle and forced her to engage in a sexual act. Hampton allegedly told her he planned to take her out of state and force her into prostitution.
Hampton and woman denied these allegations and claimed the girl had been their party guest.
Court documents show that the following charges were dismissed:

In September, Hampton pled guilty to the following charges:
