Milwaukee Brewers to extend protective netting at Miller Park

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Brewers have announced they plan to extend protective netting on the field level at Miller Park.

The netting was first extended following the 2015 season to the inside edge of each dugout, which currently meets standards set forth by the MLB. The extension project will now run to the outer edge of each dugout.

The project is expected to be completed in time for the 2018 Brewers' home opener on Monday, April 2.
