MILWAUKEE, (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department says one person is in custody following a fatal shooting that killed a 28-year-old on Fri. May 16. 

Police say the shooting occurred at around 10:28 p.m., near 62nd and Lisbon.

Officials say the victim died at the scene and that a suspect is in custody. 

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation.
