The Milwaukee Police are investigating the shooting death of a 23-year-old Milwaukee man that occurred in the 4700 block of N 76th Street last night.   Around 9:38 p.m., officers responded to the sound of gunshots and found the wounded man seated in a 2001 Hyundai Sonata.  The car had rolled backwards and was resting against a nearby fence.  Life saving efforts were made by Milwaukee Police and Fire personnel, but the man succumbed to his wounds and died at the scene.  The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation.
