MCSO asks witnesses to fatal rollover on I-94 in Oak Creek to come forward

OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office is asking any witnesses to the fatal rollover to come forward and reach out to their department. 

Officials say the crash remains under investigation and anyone who saw the crash, was in close proximity to the crashed vehicle in the minutes leading up to the incident, or anyone with direct knowledge of the incident, is asked to call the Milwaukee County Office of Emergency Management's non-emergency dispatch line at 414-278-4788.

OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County medical examiner identified the victim of the fatal rollover crash as Zamra Hughes.

OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 25-year-old Milwaukee woman is dead following a rollover crash on I-94 in Oak Creek. Investigators believe speed was a contributing factor. 

The crash happened Wednesday evening, March 13, on I-94 near Drexel Avenue. 

According to the Oak Creek Fire Department, the victim was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

A second vehicle, police say, was involved in the crash and was located one quarter mile from the scene. The vehicle sustained moderate damage; the driver refused transport to the hospital. 

The Wisconsin State Patrol assisted in the investigation.
