Ring in 2025 with a balloon drop and bubbly all before the kids go to bed
WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Little Village Play Cafe in Wauwatosa is throwing family-friendly New Year's celebrations for the next two days.
On New Year's Eve, you can watch countdowns from around the world, experience your own balloon drop and sip on champagne or sparking juice, whatever you're drinking to welcome in 2025.
"So, for New Year's Eve we have three different events happening in the afternoon. We'll have balloon drops at each of those events. And then in the morning on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, we have fun events happening like a bubbly station and some sensory stuff. Kiddos can celebrate the New Year without staying up until midnight," said Abi Gilman, the owner of The Little Village Play Cafe.
If you aren't looking to join the New Year's festivities, the cafe is open every day this week as kids are out of school for winter break.
"We have a coffee shop with a children's place space attached: a great place to come grab some lunch and let the kiddos get all of that winter break energy out," said Gilman.
Other upcoming events include a Wicked Play Date.
