Suspect in custody after deadly shooting near 47th and Stark

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say they are investigating a homicide that took place near 47th and Stark on Wednesday, Feb. 26. Officers responded to the scene at around 6:41 a.m.
A 41-year-old victim sustained fatal injuries in the shooting which officials believe took place during a domestic dispute
A 50-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident.
Police report that criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. No further details have yet been released.
