Wisconsinite to compete in 'Wheel of Fortune' this week, airing on CBS 58

HOWARDS GROVE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Howards Grove native Kayla Vandre is set to appear on the "Wheel of Fortune" XL Week, airing Friday, May 5 right here on CBS 58.

According to a press release issued by the game show on Monday, May 1, Vandre is a lifelong Wisconsinite and avid sports fan, saying that she enjoys attending Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers games.

Sports are not the only form of competition she enjoys, as she reportedly also watches Wheel of Fortune nightly with her family, each member claiming to be the best player. With her upcoming appearance, Kayla may finally settle that debate.

Should she win, Vandre plans to use her earnings to take her family on a trip to visit national parks, fulfilling a longstanding dream of her father.
