15-year-old arrested for sexual assault, brandishing a knife at Cedarburg roller skating rink
CEDARBURG, Wis. (CBS 58) --- A 15-year-old boy was arrested for sexual assault and brandishing a knife at a Cedarburg roller skating rink on Friday, April 23.
The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to Skateland on Sycamore Drive for a report of a person brandishing a knife to patrons around 8:45 p.m. On scene, it was revealed a 15-year-old Germantown boy allegedly displayed a folding knife and threatened a group of juveniles.
Officials say the 15-year-old also allegedly engaged in "unwanted touching of another person".
The 15-year-old boy was arrested and transported to a secure detention facility.
The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office says a juvenile court referral has been submitted for review. The boy is facing charges of first degree sexual assault of a child and possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under the age of 18.
