Police: 17-year-old boy seriously injured in shooting near 14th and Cleveland

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that left a 17-year-old boy seriously injured Friday, Feb. 19.

Officials say it happened around 5:03 p.m. near 14th and Cleveland Avenue. They say the shooting appears to be the result of a robbery.

The victim, a 17-year-old male from Green Bay, sustained serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital where he is said to be in stable condition.

Police continue to seek unknown suspects.
