MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Three 17-year-old boys are now charged in the homicide of 33-year-old Antoine Gee, Jr.
Armier McArthur, Keyshaun McNealy and Damain Patrick each face one count felony murder.
A criminal complaint says Gee was delivering pizza near Sherman and Congress when he was killed the night of Jan. 10. He was an employee at the Domino's located on 72nd and Capitol.
Investigators say surveillance footage obtained from a home near the scene of the crime shows Gee standing on the front steps of a residence at Sherman and Congress. He appears to interact with two people and a struggle begins, as a third person starts to run westbound. As the struggle continues, multiple gunshots are heard. After a fifth gunshot, one of the three individuals is seen carrying an item that appears to be a pizza delivery bag. Officials say the video then shows the person with the delivery bag run towards the struggle and a sixth gunshot is heard. The three run away, and Gee is seen laying on the ground.
Detectives spoke with an individual who said he was with the three suspects earlier in the evening and heard them talking about wanting to order a pizza. The man reported hearing the three say they were going to "snatch it." He told investigators the three then left the home, returned with a pizza delivery bag and began turning off all the lights.
Domino's confirmed Gee was working when the shooting occurred, according to the complaint, noting that the order was placed at 9:47 p.m. and was to be delivered to an address near Sherman and Congress.
A Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office report found Gee suffered three gunshot wounds.
The accused are due in court for initial appearances Jan. 19.
