CALEDONIA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man has died following a crash in Caledonia Thursday, March 6. 

Police say around 8:38 a.m., the 33-year-old man was traveling eastbound in the 10200 block of Northwestern Avenue when he crossed the center line and into the westbound lane, colliding with another vehicle. 

The driver of the vehicle that was struck, a 39-year-old man from Racine, was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

Police say the Milwaukee man died at the scene. They say at this time, it's unknown if the man died as a result of the crash or suffered a medical episode prior to the crash.
