MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee came in 24th in a study looking at the most pet-friendly cities for renters.

The study looked at an average price of pet friendly rentals and percentage of pet friendly apartments. 

It also took into account the number of parks and vets per capita, vet costs, walkability, and air quality. 

Milwaukee also ranked in the top 20% for parks and vet costs.

If you have trouble finding a vet in Milwaukee, you could try looking in Madison. It was ranked as the seconds best city in the U.S. for pet owners and has the 5th highest vets per capita, according to the study.
