MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 42-year-old Milwaukee man was shot and killed overnight on the city’s north side.   According to the Milwaukee Police, around 11:25 PM Friday, the victim was involved in a alternation with an acquaintance which lead to the shooting.   The suspect was arrested at the scene at  N 22^nd Street and W Vienna Avenue.  The MPD is continuing to investigate the shooting and the case is expected to be reviewed by the District Attorney’s office in the coming week.
