WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Wisconsin Dells Police Department was called to the Polynesian Water Park Resort for a drug paraphernalia complaint on Monday.
Resort guests located approximately 20 syringes with attached needles in a wall space located behind the toilet paper fixture in their room.
The syringes appeared to have been used, the Wisconsin Dells Police Department says.
The syringes were safely removed and the hotel staff was instructed to inspect all other rooms.
It is unknown how long the needles have been there or who may have deposited them.
The investigation remains ongoing.
