Kickoff will be at 8:15 MST/9:15 CT and the game will be on ESPN.

The Cowboys finished their season with a 7-5 record, losing their final two games to West Virginia and Oklahoma.

The Badgers clinched their 21st straight bowl appearance, the third most behind Georgia and Oklahoma.

The Badgers finished their season 6-6, losing their final game against Minnesota.

This will be the first time these two teams have faced off against each other.
