MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Bucks star Khris Middleton stopped on Tuesday, Dec. 10 for a visit at Martin Luther King Elementary School on the north side, to help United Healthcare pass out new winter coats to students.
It's part of Middleton's "12 Days of Khrismas." He helps kids not only in Wisconsin, but also in South Carolina and Louisiana.
Middleton got a kick out of hanging with the kids.
"It's pretty cool," Middleton said. "First to come back to an elementary school, I can't remember the last time I've been in one. But just to see the smile on these kids faces, the joy that they had, one they got to get out of class a little bit and they also get some nice jackets for the winter time."
Through his "Middleton Family Foundation," the Bucks star also handed out "12 Days of Khrismas" t-shirts for all of the students and gift bags for all of the teachers and administrators at the school.
