Car hits light pole near 76th and Silver Spring Dr., driver taken to hospital

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – A driver was seriously hurt following a crash early Thursday morning near 76^th and Silver Spring Dr., according to Milwaukee Police.

Authorities say around 12:35 a.m., a 30-year-old man lost control of his car and hit a light pole. He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Investigators believe there was only one car involved in the crash.

The incident remains under investigation.
