MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The weather is warming up, but what is there to do this weekend to take advantage of it in the Milwaukee area? Joe Krauss of B93.3 FM joined us on Friday, May 5 for a rundown of what to expect during our weekly Feel Good Friday discussion.
The Milwaukee Fire Department Museum and Historical Society will host an open house on Sunday, May 7 from 1 - 3 p.m. Located in a 94-year-old fire station on W. Oklahoma Avenue, the museum houses the first MFD ambulance, two vintage trucks and an extensive collection of memorabilia. Admission is free.
The Tripoli Shrine Circus is taking place at Wisconsin State Fair Park through Sunday, with performances featuring acrobats, aerialists, dare-devils and clowns. Admission ranges from $10 to $35.
The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office will host "Cops and Kids 2023" on Sunday from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the Ozaukee County Fairgrounds. The event features bounce houses, games, fingerprinting, crafts, face painting, a K9 demo, obstacle course, archery range, train rides and more. Admission is free, with minimal cost for food and donations accepted for the Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office K9 Fund.
