MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) --- One of the world's most famous super models made a stop in Madison.
Cindy Crawford is donating her time and money to children who face the same challenges her brother once did.
Friday, Oct. 8 was Crawford's sixth visit to American Family Children's Hospital. She is from Illinois originally and first came in 1975 when her brother Jeff was 2-years-old and battling leukemia.
He passed away, but Crawford says that to this day she's felt grateful for the care her family received in Wisconsin.
"We just want to show gratitude for the love and care and above and beyond that they go to take care of these kids and their families," Crawford said.
Crawford brought products from her skincare line and other goodies for the hospital staff.
On Saturday, Crawford will be in Chicago and proceeds from her event there will benefit UW Health Kids Cancer Care.
