Events Unclear in Early Morning Shooting on Milwaukee's South Side

The events leading up to the shooting of a Milwaukee man early this morning are being investigated by the Milwaukee Police Department, but details of the shooting are unclear at this time.    A man in his 30s was taken to a local hospital around 2:40 Friday morning for treatment of a gunshot wound.  According to the MPD, when investigators asked what happened, the man said he and a number of other people  riding in a car on the south side of Milwaukee when another car drove up and someone began shooting at them.  The man could not give investigators a good location of where the shooting occurred.  The man was treated at the hospital for a non-life threatening injury.
