MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- In an evolving "post-pandemic" era, Milwaukee workplaces are adjusting their norms. Matt Hunter, Executive Vice President of JLL, joined us on Tuesday, May 23 to address the changing office landscape following the World Health Organization's declaration ending the COVID-19 pandemic earlier in the month.
The declaration has prompted local companies to solidify their long-term plans and carefully analyze the shifting return-to-work trends. This reassessment particularly impacts the Central Business District and downtown Milwaukee.
Hunter offered a glimpse into the market trends for 2023 and beyond. According to him, a discernible shift is in progress, influencing the remainder of the year and shaping Milwaukee's economic future.
