Fiserv Forum unveils sensory rooms for those in need

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Loud noises and bright, flashing lights are all part of the fun and excitement at Fiserv Forum, but that can be a big problem for those with special sensory needs. Now, there's special accommodations so everyone can enjoy the fun.

"Whether it's a Bucks game, a Marquette game, concern, family show or any other event at Fiserv Forum, we want everyone to have a positive and enjoyable experience," said Bucks Senior Vice President Alex Lasry.

On Thursday, Nov. 21, Fiserv Forum is now officially certified as a sensory-inclusive venue. It features two sensory rooms for people to go when things get too overwhelming.

Sensory bags can be checked out to guests and 800 of its 1,200 employees have been trained to recognize and assist guests with sensory needs.
