MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Frankmobile, formerly called the Wienermobile, is in Milwaukee this week. And the large hotdog shaped vehicle had some people doing a double take at the Fondy Farmers Market in Milwaukee Thursday.

Frankfurters, Emily and Brady will be at the Fondy Farmers Market until 2 p.m., then they will head to Mukwonago for an event at a Walmart on Friday.

"We're just showing off an American Icon," said Emily Schmitt.

For 87 years the vehicle was known as the Wienermobile, but this year it underwent a name change.

"We are now the Frankmobile. We have an all-new recipe for our 100 percent beef franks," said Schmitt. "We're really trying to give the
Franks some time in the spotlight. We've had the Weiners for 87 years now, but the Franks need some time on the grill."

If you see the Frankmobile on the street, Schmitt encourages people to wave and say hello. They will be handing out frank whistles and stickers and, if you're lucky, they give you a ride inside the 60-hotdog-long Frank (that's 27 feet for those who don't use hotdogs to measure things).

Next, the Frankmobile is headed to south to Chicago. You can track its next stop here.
