Get vaccinated for a chance to win tickets to the NBA Finals Bucks vs. Suns Game 4
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It's your chance to get vaccinated against COVID-19 and a chance to win tickets to Game 4 of the NBA Playoffs.
The Milwaukee Health Department announced they will have COVID-19 vaccines available at Fiserv Forum Plaza on Wednesday, July 14 ahead of Game 4 of the NBA Finals.
Fans who receive their vaccination will be entered to win two tickets to that night’s game, donated by the Milwaukee Bucks.
“The Bucks have been remarkable partners throughout this season,” said Health Commissioner Kirsten Johnson. “Thanks to their generosity and commitment to the health and safety of their fans, we have vaccinated over 130 Bucks fans since our first clinic at Fiserv Forum. We hope to see many fans take advantage of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to easily get vaccinated, protect themselves and their community, and see the Bucks play in the NBA finals.”
More information on the event:
- Both Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccinations will be available
- Individuals under 18 will need parent or guardian consent
- No appointment necessary
- Vaccinated individuals will be required to wait 15 minutes after their vaccine for observation
- Each individual who receives their vaccination will be able to scan a QR code to enter to win two free tickets to that night’s Game 4 of the NBA Finals
- Random ticket drawing will be held at 7:45 p.m.
- The winner will receive notification via phone and upon confirmation will receive their digital tickets via email
